BrightHR is a people management software company that champions small businesses by giving employers all the HR, employment law, health & safety tools and support they need to take their businesses to the next level.

We launched in 2016 with just 30 employees. Today, our workforce has grown to 168 staff, and our people have proudly helped us become the UK's biggest digital HR software platform, with over half a million users across the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

It all started when we realised there was a gap in the market for a cost-effective and straightforward digital initiative for managers. We saw that businesses were spending hours on staff admin rather than on their business, and we wanted to save them time and money.
